This notice explains how IENVO Technologies handles personal data when we deliver services to clients, and how clients and their staff can exercise their rights.

Our role
When we process personal data inside client systems during a project or managed service, we act as a processor on the client's instructions under a data processing agreement. For our own client relationships and contacts, we act as controller.
Data we process
- Contact details of client staff and stakeholders
- Data held in client systems we configure, migrate, test or support
- Access logs and support tickets
- Timesheet and attendance records for resources assigned to clients
How we protect it
- Access limited to the people working on the engagement
- Use of client-approved environments and test data where possible
- Encryption in transit and at rest where the platform supports it
- Removal of access and return or deletion of data at the end of the engagement
International transfers
IENVO operates from Pakistan and serves clients internationally. When personal data moves between countries, we use contractual safeguards appropriate to the data and to the client's requirements.
Sub-processors
We use hosting, email and collaboration providers to run our services. A current list of sub-processors is available on request from info@ienvotech.com.
Your rights
You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing. Where we act as processor, we pass requests to the client and help them respond.
