• CV, work history, skills and qualifications
• Interview notes and assessment results
• Right-to-work and reference information, if you receive an offer

Why we use it

To assess your application, contact you about the role, and meet legal obligations if we make you an offer.

Who sees it

The hiring team and interviewers for the role. Where you apply to be placed with a client, we share your profile with that client only with your agreement.

How long we keep it

Unsuccessful applications are kept for 12 months and then deleted, unless you agree that we keep them longer for future roles.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your application at any time by contacting us.
